Where did the last 21 days go?  Seriously, time goes by in the blink of an eye.  Just so you don't think this blog is only to chronicle my visits to Clearwater I will fill you in.  I have been doing MAJOR home improvement /clearing the clutter projects.  I'm slowly but surely getting there.  It's keeping me pretty busy every night when I get home, but I feel like I should be done pretty soon.  Who am I kidding?  I always have a next project on the horizon.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I can't believe next week is Thanksgiving already and then the dreadful Christmas shopping starts.  Don't get me wrong.  I LOVE Christmas.  The decorations, the lights, the music, Elf (even though I watch it year round), the baking, parades, family time.  Yes!  That's my favorite.  The shopping and the terrible traffic and feeling broke.  Not.so.much.  If I had it my way we would have a totally handmade Christmas.  

Last week I decided I wanted needed to go to Clearwater for the weekend.  Bob told me about the Blues festival in downtown Dunedin and I do love a good festival, so I packed my bike and I was off.  I arrived around 10:30pm Friday night and we ordered pizza and had a bonfire and drank some beer and played Singstar.  I was a pretty happy girl.  

Saturday after breakfast we hopped on our bikes and hit the Pinellas Trail.  We rode all around and stopped at a bunch of great places.  Bob has tiki bar radar and it might be because he really studies his surroundings, but I like to believe it's magic.  

This bridge was super steep going up and super fun/terrifying zooming down.

We rode all day.  20 miles.  Super fun.  Lots of laughing.  What more could you ask for?
